I specialise in the design, repair and optimisation of GP delivery systems for CDM, PP and OCF. My background combines senior-level practice nursing, programme delivery, and advanced training in psychology, behavioural change and clinical systems — a skillset that is extremely rare in general practice operations.

I have built, fixed and run these programmes in multiple real-world practices. I understand not just the clinical requirements, but the operational mechanics, data structures, recall systems and human factors that determine whether these programmes quietly leak money or reliably deliver their full clinical and financial value.

ClinicWise exists because most practices do not have the time or in-house expertise to build this level of system properly. I do — and I build it once, correctly, so it keeps working year after year.
